When word got out that Naughty Nuri's was opening in Taiwan, I told several friend that we definitely need to try it out. Naughty Nuri's is a restaurant franchise based in Ubud, Bal which is known for barbecued pork ribs. Their signature ribs are generously marinated in Balinese spices and bbq sauce which taste more sweeter than some of the most delicious BBQ ribs restaurant like Ed's Diner or Tonny's BBQ. 
Definitely authentic Balinese style BBQ pork ribs, love the combination of juiciness meat and that sweet sauce. It was almost fork tender, and easily ribbed off.

Not only ribs on the menu but this restaurant also bring much more Indonesian menu such as lamb chop in gulai sauce, satay, fried rice, fried noodles, and Bali's garden salad. The lamb chop works deliciously well with gulai sauce and the sauce is not too thick with a little bit kick of spiciness. Chicken satay with peanut sauce are packed with flavor. Each bites taste really yummy like taking me back to Indonesia.
