 I was there only for one reason to try out their signature dish, the 8-flavored Xiao long bao. Each dumpling has a different flavor: original (white), ginseng (green), foie gras (brown), black truffle (black), crab roe (orange), cheese (yellow), garlic (gray) and Szechuan (red). The flavors were good, when you took a bite it spilling out the precious "soup". You can either order the combination or baskets of a single flavor.

Not only their dumplings is good, they have other great dishes as well such as La Mian is a great option. The hand pulled noodles in their signature pork bone soup with prawn pork dumpling, which was rich yet light and full of flavor. The noodle texture was al dente. The bamboo shot also yummy crunchy and flavourful.

Take a spoonful of this tender pork shreds wrapped in a chinese crepe. One of their favorite dishes served in Paradise Dynasty. So yummy and satisfying!
