Ay-Chung flour rice noodle is a popular food stall in Ximending area, they sold very thin rice noodles (or vermicelli) soup with pig's intestines called mian xian (麵線). The noodle absolutely delicious just don't forget put chili and vinegar on top of it, stir and eat it while still hot. Many Taiwanese people eat while standing in front of the store.

I prefer the Tom Yam soup noodles because it strong flavor and its yummy fried enoki. The beef pho noodles flavor was light very suitable for children.
